What more can a fly fisherman ask for, a river full of wild brown trout that are just as keen to take a worm trotted down to them on a float as they are to take a well placed fly from a perfectly placed cast from your fly rod.
You don't just have to fish our part of the river as many landowners in the area once permission has been gained don't mind you fishing theirs! And with so much water in the area you will be spoilt for choice.
There is also the Kilnsey fishery close by that have a few fly fishing lakes that have giant rainbow trout of over 12 pounds! Their record trout weighed in at 17.5 lbs!!!
